This policy applies to purchases made directly through BELANOUSS once direct sales are enabled. At BELANOUSS, every piece is made to order using 3D printing resin and carefully finished by hand. Our designs are available in the styles, colours and sizes shown on our website. Please check each product's measurements before placing your order.
1. Your right to withdraw
For purchases made directly from BELANOUSS, consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receiving their order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable law.
All BELANOUSS pieces are made to order, but selecting a standard design, colour or size from our catalogue does not, by itself, make a piece legally personalised or remove the statutory withdrawal right. Discounted items retain their statutory rights.
To withdraw, email contact@belanouss.com with a clear statement of your decision and information identifying your order. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. You must send the items back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision.
2. Returning your piece
Please return your piece with its components, adequately protected for shipping. We recommend retaining the original packaging wherever possible, but use of the original packaging is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
You may examine the piece as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Return instructions: Please email contact@belanouss.com for instructions before returning a piece. Our business contact address is stated in our Legal Notice. You can exercise your statutory withdrawal right by sending a clear statement by email; you do not need our prior approval to exercise it.
3. Return shipping and refunds
For a withdrawal made because you have changed your mind, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the item, provided this was disclosed before purchase.
Where legally required, we will reimburse the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge. Extra delivery costs arising from choosing a more expensive shipping option are not reimbursed. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed without cost to you, within the statutory period of 14 calendar days following notification of withdrawal. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until the returned goods or proof of return are received.
4. Voluntary size exchanges
Outside the statutory withdrawal right, voluntary exchanges of size are subject to our approval and availability. When a voluntary exchange is approved and the original item is not defective or incorrect, the customer pays both the return shipping and shipping of the replacement item. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights.
5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, differs from your order or develops a possible manufacturing fault, please contact contact@belanouss.com as soon as possible. To help us assess the issue, please provide your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs and videos where reasonably possible.
These details help us resolve claims promptly; inability to provide a video or to report the issue immediately does not remove your statutory rights.
New consumer goods are generally covered by a three-year statutory conformity guarantee in Spain. Where a lack of conformity is covered, the legally applicable remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Remedies covered by the statutory guarantee are provided without charge to the customer, including necessary transport costs.
6. Materials and care
Our accessories are made from resin for 3D printing, finished by hand and coated with protective varnish. Minor handmade variations may occur within the characteristics described for each piece.
The protective finish can tolerate occasional contact with water, but the accessories are not intended for prolonged or repeated water exposure. To preserve their appearance and longevity, avoid showering or swimming while wearing them and keep them away from perfume, solvents, aggressive cleaning products, excessive heat, strong impacts and friction. Clean gently with a soft, lightly dampened cloth and dry carefully.
Normal wear and damage arising solely from improper care are not automatically manufacturing defects. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights.
