1. Made to order
Every BELANOUSS accessory is made to order. Each piece is produced using 3D printing resin and completed through a manual finishing process.
Estimated production time: 7–14 business days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in the place of production. Production time is separate from transit time and is not an estimate of the total time to delivery.
2. Shipping destinations, times and fees
When direct online sales become available, BELANOUSS initially intends to ship to Spain and the other Member States of the European Union. Additional destinations may become available in the future.
Shipping methods, costs and any available estimated transit times for the delivery address will be presented before the customer confirms the purchase. Shipping transit time depends on the destination and shipping method and is additional to our 7–14 business day production period.
Some Spanish or EU territories may have special customs or indirect tax arrangements. Any applicable delivery limitations or additional charges will be communicated to the customer before the purchase is completed where legally required.
Once an order has been dispatched, we will provide shipment or tracking information where available.
3. Delays
If production or dispatch is unexpectedly delayed, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order and provide an updated estimate. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in relation to delivery delays.
4. Delivery information
Please check that your delivery details are complete and accurate before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact contact@belanouss.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
5. Materials, sizing and product care
Each product page specifies its available sizes and measurements. All pieces are made with 3D printing resin and hand-finishing techniques and are protected with a varnish coating. To help maintain the finish, avoid prolonged water exposure, harsh chemicals and excessive heat. More information is available in our Returns & Exchanges policy and product descriptions.
